This zucchini brownie is a staple in my family. I firmly
believe we can still enjoy delicious desserts while making
them healthier by adding vegetables. The shredded zucchini is
the perfect addition because it disappears right into the
batter, creating an ooey-gooey and moist brownie. It adds
moisture, allowing you to cut back on oil or butter. No one
will even suspect it's in there!
Instructions
